My dog is a fussy eater — will they eat it?

How much should I feed my dog?
Feeding amounts depend on your dog's weight, age, activity level, and metabolism. Each patty is 90g, which makes portioning simple — most small dogs eat 1–3 patties per day. A full feeding guide is included with every order, and you can adjust quantities anytime through your Club Pip account.
How does delivery work?
We ship snap-frozen in insulated boxes, direct to your door across NSW, ACT, QLD & VIC. You’ll be asked to enter your postcode at checkout. Everything arrives frozen — put it straight in the freezer and defrost portions overnight in the fridge before serving.
Delivery timing depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a few days of dispatch. Your courier will send an SMS within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, and again when your order arrives.
Can I change, pause, or cancel?
Yes — completely. Club Pip has no lock-in contracts. Through your account you can skip a delivery, pause, change your frequency, swap proteins, or cancel anytime. No phone calls, no forms, no hassle.
What happens after my discounted first order?
