Refund policy
Pip Eats meals, treats and birthday cakes are perishable food products, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or individual pet preferences.
If your dog is new to fresh food, some may take a little time to adjust. Most take to Pip Eats straight away, but if needed, our 14-day transition guide can help you introduce meals gradually alongside their current diet — just reach out and we'll guide you through it.
If something isn't right with your order (for example, it arrives damaged or incorrect), please contact us at hello@pipsqueakpets.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll do our best to make it right.
We're a small Australian family business and genuinely care about your experience. While we can't accept returns on perishable products, if you have any concerns please get in touch — we'll always do our best to help and find a fair outcome.
