How much should I feed my dog?
Feeding amounts depend on your dog's weight, age, activity level, and metabolism. Each patty is 90g, which makes portioning simple — most small dogs eat 1–3 patties per day. A full feeding guide is included with every order, and you can adjust quantities anytime through your Club Pip account.
What if my dog didn't love one of the recipes?
No problem at all — build your plan around the ones they did love. You're never stuck with a protein they weren't keen on, and you can swap anytime from your account.
If you'd like to give a recipe another shot, try lightly warming the patty to bring out the aroma, or add a splash of Pip Eats Bone Broth as a gravy — often that's all it takes.
How does delivery work?
We ship snap-frozen in insulated boxes, direct to your door to most major cities and regions across Australia. You’ll be asked to enter your postcode at checkout. Everything arrives frozen — put it straight in the freezer and defrost portions overnight in the fridge before serving.
Delivery timing depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a few days of dispatch. Your courier will send an SMS within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, and again when your order arrives.
What size dogs is this for?
Pip Eats is made for dogs of all sizes, with portions tailored to your dog's weight. Our 90g patties are perfectly sized for small dogs. Got a bigger dog? Many owners feed Pip Eats as a fresh, wholefood topper over their usual food — all the nutrition at every meal, without switching to fully fresh. Either way, you only ever order what your dog actually needs.
