Yes. You can log in to your account to update or cancel your order at any time.

Once an order has been processed and packed for dispatch it may no longer be possible to make changes.

Delivery timing depends on your location, but most orders arrive within a few days of dispatch.

Your courier will send an SMS within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery and another message when the order arrives.

Orders are sent with Authority to Leave instructions so your delivery can be left safely outside.

Please place the meals in your freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
