Pip Eats began with Pip — a tiny sausage dog with a huge personality. What started a desire for home-cooked meals for her has grown into a mission to bring fresh, healthy food to dogs everywhere.
Sustainability at Pip Eats
Caring for pets means caring for the planet.
Pip Eats meals arrive in recyclable boxes with patties sealed in 100% home-compostable bags made from eucalypt — no single-use plastic, ever.
We currently deliver to NSW, Qld and Victoria. You’ll be asked to check your postcode before ordering.
What if I’m not home at delivery time?
That’s okay! All orders require authority to leave. Please leave clear instructions at checkout. Our drivers do their best to place your box out of the sun and safe from animals or people.
Can I choose a delivery time?
We’ll send you a text with your delivery window on the morning of your delivery day. While we can’t guarantee exact times, we always try our best to accommodate requests.
What happens if the food defrosts?
Because our meals are perishable, it’s your responsibility to transfer them to the freezer as soon as possible after delivery. We can’t be responsible for meals left out.
What if my dog doesn’t like it?
It’s very unusual that a dog does not like our meals. If your dog does not like meals cold/raw you can gently warm them up or cook them to suit their palate. If you know your dog can be fussy, consider including some of our delicious Bone Broth in your order so you can add a little healthy gravy goodness to make their meals extra tasty.
