Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to most major cities and regions across Australia. You'll be asked to enter your postcode at checkout. We'll keep you posted with SMS or tracking updates from dispatch through to arrival.
Frozen meals
Your meals are packed and delivered frozen and should go into the freezer as soon as they arrive. They're carried by our cold-chain courier partners and arrive in a refrigerated or frozen vehicle.
Authority to leave is required for all frozen deliveries. Our drivers deliver throughout the day (and occasionally into the evening), so please provide clear instructions and a safe, shaded spot for your order. Some customers leave out an esky or cooler bag for added peace of mind.
From delivery, your order becomes your responsibility. As our meals are perishable, we're unable to replace or refund them once delivered — including where products aren't promptly stored, delivery details are incorrect, or safe access isn't provided.
If you have a preferred delivery day, leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Treats & pantry items
Our treats are air-dried and shelf-stable, so there's no rush to unpack them — just store them somewhere cool and dry, and reseal the pack after opening. These orders ship via standard post with tracking.
If a treat order arrives damaged or isn't quite right, just get in touch and we'll make it right.

Pip Eats meals, broth & birthday cakes are perishable food products, so we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or individual pet preferences.
Treats are shelf-stable — if a treat order arrives damaged or isn't right, get in touch and we'll make it right.
If your dog is new to fresh food, some may take a little time to adjust. Most take to Pip Eats straight away, but if needed, our 14-day transition guide can help you introduce meals gradually alongside their current diet — just reach out and we'll guide you through it.
If something isn't right with a frozen meal, broth or cake order (for example, it arrives damaged, thawed or incorrect), please contact us at hello@pipsqueakpets.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with a photo so we can look into it quickly. For treats, just get in touch and we'll make it right.

My mini dachshund Frankie absolutely loves her PipEats. So far she has sampled luscious lamb, cheeky chicken and brilliant beef. She devours every morning & evening meals. She has always been such a fussy eater and I am over the moon to have found food that is so good for her that she enjoys so much!
This made our day! We’re so happy Frankie is loving her meals, especially after being such a fussy eater. Three flavours down, and if she’s keen for something new, Tasty Turkey and Excellent Emu are waiting for her too!
Cheers,
Zoe

Quite wet when defrosted so we ended up using the microwave to soft defrost and this worked well. Cooper enjoys all his meals and likes all the PipSqueak flavours.
Thanks so much for your feedback - yes its a bit like defrosting a chicken breast and I am thrilled you found a super convenient way to defrost safely! Most of all we are delighted Cooper is enjoying our super healthy meals! Best wishes Zoe & Guy (and Pip!)
Monkey my 9mth spoodle. Is an extremely picky eater. We try some other complete Australian brands. With no luck. I was starting to worry my new boy. Wasn’t eating enough. Until we happened across fabulous and most delicious! Pip eats. My baby just gobbles the lot. Loves every flavour. I’m thankful for the delivery to my door, for convenience. So fantastic to know how much he enjoys his food now. With zoomies and little mouth wipe straight after every meal. Not to mention the selection of flavours and treats. Thank you for the bottom of our 💕 s. We love our pip eats always made with ❤️

Bodhi loves it 💙🐾
I love that it comes frozen so it dosent go off
I love the small portions just made for small dogs
And I love that it’s made in Australia 🇦🇺❤️🌻
Ticks all my boxes
Started the pugs on the beef, half of one each, approximately 40 grams, mixed with 60 grams of mince and some carrot. They really liked it and over licked the bowl. Start on chicken soon and will move to one each and 20 grams mince.
Roxy loves her Pip Eats
Great fresh product and awesome service - our dachshund loves Pip Eats
My fussy furry drives me crazy. The first time I bought it he ate it all second time nope one sniff and he goes to bed hungry
Not sure buying the product and shipping to TAS is a good idea the 2 boxes came defrosted and were squished out of shape
Not saying your product isn’t good it’s just a fussy dog and logistics
My dog loves the turkey
Thanks so much for the 5 stars, Susie! So glad your dog is loving the Tasty Turkey. It's a good one to rotate with the other recipes too if you ever want to mix things up :)
Best wishes,
Marianne
My senior dog has become ridiculously fussy in recent times. We are relieved to see her finishing her bowl with Pip Eats.
Hi Jodie,
Thank you so much for the lovely review! It’s so nice to hear your senior girl is finishing her bowl again. We know how worrying it can be when they go off their food, so this really made our day.
Best wishes,
Marianne
I have the fussiest dog in Australia, so this food has ended up with all the other brands we have tried. It’s eaten for a few weeks and then left for the garbage. Once it’s refused, it is never eaten again!!
I just don’t know what to give her anymore.
He hates them sorry
We that is Ruby and I are very happy with your food - love the heart shaped patties and appropriate size for Ruby. Ingredients of excellent quality.
